The R9500 is Itema’s flagship high‑speed rapier loom. Built with heavy‑duty rigid frame for low‑vibration operation, it delivers outstanding versatility for a wide range of fabrics, including silk, shirting, wool, denim, home textiles and selected technical textiles.

• Options: 4‑color, 8‑color or 12‑color weft selector. It adopts the NCP common electronic platform with high part interchangeability to lower maintenance cost. The Turboprop rapier transfer system ensures stable running and less readjustment work.
• Available in broad reed widths, supports high running speed, compatible with dobby and jacquard units. Thanks to modular construction, spare‑part interchangeability is excellent. It is one of the most widely‑used rapier models in the market.

Derived from the proven R9500 platform, the R9000 is a cost‑effective general‑purpose rapier loom. It inherits the optimized shed geometry and Turboprop rapier transfer mechanism from R9500Itema Grou....

• Mainly for mass‑production of apparel fabrics and standard home textiles. It can be equipped with 4‑color or 8‑color weft selector. Single‑beam or double‑back‑beam versions are available for light‑weight to medium‑heavy fabrics. Comparing with R9500, it features better cost performance with easy and reliable maintenance.

Note: Many mechanical and electrical spare parts for weft selectors are interchangeable between R9000 and R9500.

INFORMATION: 

• Weft Pick Hook------A small hook-shaped part in the rapier weft-insertion system. During each pick it hooks and carries the weft yarn into the shed, working with the rapier head to ensure smooth, precise weft insertion.
• Yarn Baffle------------A thin plate that guides and restrains the yarn, keeping the weft thread in the correct path and preventing it from wandering or tangling during high-speed insertion.
