Function Description
This is the operator control panel fitted on the loom head, assembled of membrane keypad foil and underlying PCB circuit board:
It integrates emergency‑stop mushroom push‑button, loom start/stop, inching forward / reverse, warp let‑off & fabric take‑up fine adjustment and other local control keys.
It communicates with loom main controller via D‑Sub connector, to realize local machine start‑stop, jog commissioning and parameter fine‑tuning.
It is a common wear‑prone electrical spare part for Sulzer G6200 / G6300 rapier looms. Worn keys or damaged PCB will cause loss of local loom operation.
